For applying please click on the Apply Now button and fill in the required fields and then click on the Register button. After doing this you will receive your password in a Text Message on the mobile number you have provided during registration. Mobiles with Do Not Disturb services will not receive the Password and the Password will not be received on any number between 09:00 PM to 09:00 AM (IST). Students who do not receive the password may call on the helpline number mentioned on the top left corner of the website for knowing the password.

After you are registered, logon by clicking on the Logon button on the top right corner of the website and enter your JEE Main 2013 Roll No. & PASSWORD in relevant boxes. After logging on you will find an button for choice form filling. On clicking this button a table with list of colleges and respective branches with number of seats vacant in each branch will appear on the screen. Please click on the buttons with + (Plus) sign in front of the choices available to add them to the list of choices opted by you. You can select any number of choices with a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 20.

After filling the option form, arrange your choices in order of your preference by using arrow keys (move up & move down) and after arranging the list in the order of your preference, LOCK your choices. You may also remove the un-wanted choices by clicking on the buttons with - (Minus) sign in front of the choices selected by you before locking. (Choices once locked can not be changed, new choices for next counseling can be filled only after rejecting the offer in the previous counseling).

On the date of the first allotment you can login to view the seat offered to you.

You may accept the offered seat and click on the print button to print the reference letter which you need to show at the institute you have been offered. After seeing this letter, the institute may offer you admission as per the norms of the affiliating/recognizing body.

If you reject the seat offered to you in any round of counseling, you may apply for any of the next rounds of counseling for up-gradation.
